Belle Anna and Waverunner Yachts and Marvel Scan Cargo Ship under Repair

Three ships, that is, two yachts - the Belle Anna and the Waverunner - and a general cargo ship Marvel Scan, have sailed in for repair. The yachts have been placed in the big dock, while the Marvel Scan is currently moored at the outfitting quay and will be transferred to the big dock after the works in its interior have been completed.
The annual servicing of the Belle Anna and Waverunner yachts will last approximately seven days and will include the obligatory hull cleaning, washing and painting and the replacement of zinc anodes. The underwater valves, propellers and wet exhaust will be serviced and, on the Waverunner, the shaft will also be extracted and inspected and the locks will be repacked to include new parts.
The fifty-metre long Belle Anna motor yacht was built in 2012 in the Italian shipyard ISA. 12 guests accommodated in 6 cabins can enjoy its very pleasant and comfortable interior, as well as use its spacious decks, each with a sunbathing area, a pool, a jacuzzi, a beach bar and an open terrace on which they can enjoy a beautiful view and the blue sky and sea. The design is the work of the French design studio Zuretti.
The forty-metre long Waverunner yacht was built in 2007 in America in the Palmer Johnson Yacht shipyard, whereas the Nuvolari and Lenard design studio takes credit for its beautiful appearance. A superior and relaxing elegance is reflected in all its parts, in the interior as well as the exterior, which also contains a spacious sunbathing area with a jacuzzi. The yacht's five cabins can accommodate up to ten guests, who have seven crew members at their disposal.
Two MTU diesel engines can reach the speed of up to 33 knots. The tanks can be filled with up to 37900 l of fuel and approximately 3500 l of water.
The Marvel Scan general cargo ship is 116 m long and 17.8 m wide, it is of newer construction and intended for the transport of general cargo. It is owned by the Dutch company CFL whose ships have already been serviced several times in our shipyard.
Corrosion protection works, including cleaning and painting with partial sand blasting, as well as the replacement of zinc anodes, will be performed on the ship. The works on the ship will also include piping and fitting works on the deck, the servicing of underwater valves, the demounting and remounting of the rudder plate and the measuring of the clearance of the rudder and propeller shafts, as well as the replacement of the ropes of both main cargo cranes.
