One of fields of special interest of the Shipyard is offshore segment, with an experience both in designing and constructing of vessels like AHTS vessels and tug boats.
Many offshore vessels have been refitted, modernised, upgraded or converted. The offshore vessel AHTS KUBAN (Ex Sea Diamond I) has be completely refurbished for the Russian oil giant Gazprom. During refurbishement the vessel was modernnized into excellent offshore supporting vessel for operation in the Arctic area.
Semi-submersible drilling rig owned by Croatian/Dutch company CROSCO has been completely modernised and upgraded. The rig has length overall 103,4 m, width 106,3 m and height 110,6 m. Maximum water depth is 457,2 m and maximum drilling depth with DP 5” is 6000 m.
Recently a design of an Emergency Response and Rescue Vessel 78,00 m long has been made. The vessel is intended to operate independently under sea environmental conditions including up to 1.5 m thick solid ice and up to 2m pre-broken ice for emergency response and rescue duties.
The vessel can perform Floating Production Unit stand-by operations such as:

- Fire fighting support in evacuation
- Oil spill response
- Ice surveillance
- Iceberg towing/ deflecting vessels
