Brodotrogir is specialised in building of medium range chemical carriers. These vessels represent an excellent design and globally-renowned quality, for which the yard has received numerous international awards, including “Great Ship”, from Martime Reporter and Engineering News, “Significant Ship”, from the Royal Institution of Naval Architects in London; “Distinctive Ship”, from Marine Log; “Top Ship”, from The Motorship and ”A Beautifully Designed Chemical Tanker from Brodotrogir“ from Ships and Shipping in Australia.
Recently optimised versions of the yard’s previous IMO 2 ship designs have been developed with improvements in the vessel’s form and use of advanced materials and equipment, including G type electronic main engine. This has resulted in efficent fuel consumption of the main engine of 24 tons daily.
