Working launching of new build 320 was successfully performed in Brodotrogir d.d. earlier today. This is the sixth out of ten contracted tankers specialized for transportation of chemical substances, with the bearing capacity of 46,000 tdw. Following launch, keel for the next ship from the same series was placed on the emptied location.
Apart from the representatives of the classification association monitoring ship construction, the launch was also attended by the representatives of the ship owner's inspectorate in Brodotrogir, representatives of the Management, Supervisory Committee and Brodotrogir's workers.

The ship is an IMO2 tanker, which can simultaneously transport 17 different chemicals in 20 cargo tanks plus 2 slop tanks of total volume 53,453 m3. The ship is equipped with 20+2 submerged hydraulically driven pumps.
The whole series of these ships is being built under supervision of the classifying company Lloyds’ Register of Shipping.
