At the yesterday’s session, the Government of the Republic of Croatia brought the Decision on Establishing the Commissions for Monitoring the Procedure of Shipyard Shares Sale under special conditions; specifically

• 893,150 shares of the company Shipyard Kraljevica d.d.,
• 1,177,014 shares by the company Shipyard Trogir,
• 8,073,568 shares by the company Shipbuilding Industry Split d.d. and
• 1,051,038 shares by the company Shipbuilding Industry 3. Maj d.d., Rijeka.
